The Milesight ISIS-MS-N1008-UNPC is the powerful 8 Channel PoE NVR Recorder. It supports cameras with resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD and offers 4K Ultra HD image output via the HDMI output. The recorder features four network connections with PoE. This allows up to four PoE-supporting cameras to be powered directly with voltage. For additional cameras up to a maximum of eight, the recorder has an additional Gigabit network connection to which a switch can be connected if needed. Including power supply and USB mouse, it enables immediate commissioning without additional hardware. Thanks to the H.264 video codec, it reduces network traffic and significantly increases recording duration at the same time. Modern compression transmits only image changes, which increases the recording duration by up to 80 percent.

The recorder allows recording with week management. You set in a schedule on which days and at what time recording should take place. Whether continuous recording or triggered by an alarm from a camera is flexibly up to you. Pre-alarm recording starts the recording a few seconds before the event occurs. For this, the software uses a buffer memory in which recording takes place continuously. As soon as the recorder receives the command to record from the camera, the recording from the buffer memory is saved together with the actual recording as one complete file. Functions of Milesight IP cameras such as motion detection, video analysis, and privacy zones can be configured centrally on the recorder. If the camera, for example, detects motion in the image or captures a person crossing a digital line, the camera gives the recorder the command to record. This means the recorder does not need its own motion detection. This saves the CPU and thus increases the recorder's performance.

The recorder supports compatibility with the ONVIF and RTSP protocols. This allows you to integrate numerous cameras from different manufacturers into the system. All Milesight IP cameras and those from the ISIS M series are fully compatible. The POS cash register data overlay displays cash register data from a connected cash register on the live image of a camera. This way, you can see in the image what happened and directly check based on the cash register data whether incorrect entries were made during cashiering. This enables, for example, subsequent verification in the event of a customer complaint or incorrect billing. Data backup via USB allows easy copying of individual video clips and images for evidence from the recorder to a USB stick. Network backup is also possible. User management allows assigning individual rights to multiple people. This way, you can, for example, allow viewing of recordings only for selected personnel. PTZ button enables effortless control of PTZ cameras.

The recorder works with an integrated ventilation system that ensures quiet and effective cooling. The compact design with only 12 centimeters width and 18 centimeters height can be placed practically anywhere. Uninterrupted recording ANR serves for uninterrupted recording when the connection to the camera is interrupted. If a Milesight IP camera has an integrated memory card, recording takes place on the memory card during a network interruption. Once the connection is restored, the missing recordings are synchronized with the data from the memory card and transferred to the NVR. Hard drive is individually orderable and installed. Only hard drives designed for 24/7 operation of video surveillance systems are used. Maximum capacity is 10 TB per hard drive. Synchronous recording achieves 8 times 5 Megapixel. Synchronous playback supports various combinations up to 8 times 720P. Bandwidth is 80 Mbps. The recorder offers live image, recording, remote monitoring via web browser, software, and smartphone app. CMS software allows central management of all cameras and recorders with live images and playback on up to four monitors.
