Please understand that Didactum® supplies only business customers, companies, and public institutions/authorities. Business customers and public institutions (authorities, municipalities, universities, etc.) are supplied by Didactum® on account (subject to a credit check).
The statutory VAT is not included in our published prices; it will be shown separately in the invoice at the statutory rate on the day of invoicing.
Payment Methods:
Purchase on account (Germany):
Possible even with your first order! Payments are due immediately after invoicing without any deduction. Invoicing is done with delivery and by post. We also require proof of business / commercial register extract, which you should fax to the number provided in the imprint.
For authorities and public institutions, a first order by invoice is possible even without separate proof of business. For larger order values or for first orders, we reserve the right not to process your order on account.
In this case, you will be notified by us and can then optionally pay for the first order in advance.
Advance payment:
France, Austria, and England
When paying in advance, you will receive our bank details in your order confirmation. As soon as the due amount has been received, we will ship the goods to you.
The invoice will be enclosed with each package.
Shipment Tracking:
As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains a link so that you can track where your DHL package is currently located. If desired, you can change the delivery day and also select a drop-off location.
