The GeoVision GV-APOE0812 is the 8 Port Gigabit L2+ Web Management PoE Switch with 2 Port SFP Uplink. It supports the IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards and provides a maximum total PoE output of 140 watts. The switch reliably supplies up to 8 GV IP cameras with power and data over a single network cable. With the integrated PD Alive Monitor, ONVIF Discover, and PoE Schedule, it offers intelligent functions for professional surveillance systems.
The GeoVision GV-APOE0812 operates with store-and-forward transmission and features a backplane capacity of 20 Gbps. It supports VLAN, QoS, RSTP, IGMP Snooping, IPv4 and IPv6 as well as static routing and static ARP. Additional smart features such as link aggregation with LACP, port security, bandwidth control, and storm control make it a powerful solution for medium and large networks. The web management interface enables simple and intuitive configuration.
The GeoVision GV-APOE0812 enables PoE connections over network cables up to 250 meters at 10 Mbps. This allows distant IP cameras or other network devices to be connected without additional power cables. The switch is prepared for 19-inch rack installation and comes with the matching rack mount kit. The fanless design ensures silent operation in sensitive environments.
The GeoVision GV-APOE0812 is ready for immediate use and is delivered with power cable, user manual, and all necessary accessories. Its dimensions of 44 by 280 by 180 millimeters and weight of 1.68 kilograms allow flexible installation in a rack or under a desk.
