The barox PC-PIGE502-GBTE-B is the robust industrial switch for DIN rail mounting. It features 4 ports 10 / 100 / 1000TX with PoE plus and 1 port 10 / 100 / 1000TX without PoE, as well as 2 SFP ports for 100 / 1000 megabits per second. The switch has been specially developed for industrial video surveillance networks. Up to four IP high-resolution cameras can be connected directly to the switch and supplied with PoE plus. The uplink to the video center is made via copper or optionally via two SFP fiber ports.

The barox PC-PIGE502-GBTE-B offers high backplane performance for smooth video transmission at full port occupancy. Jumbo frames up to 9600 bytes are supported even at 100 megabits per second. The redundant power supply with 12 to 56 volts DC ensures maximum reliability. An alarm relay reports the failure of the redundant power supply.

The barox PC-PIGE502-GBTE-B is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It operates reliably in a temperature range from minus 40 to plus 75 degrees Celsius. At 12 volts DC it delivers 65 watts PoE power and at 24 volts DC up to 120 watts PoE power. The compact design with dimensions of 142 by 43 by 105 millimeters allows easy installation on DIN rails or tables.
