The barox PC-PITE502-GBTE is the rugged industrial switch for DIN rail or desktop mounting. It features 4 ports 10 / 100 / 1000TX with PoE plus plus and 2 SFP ports for 100 / 1000 Mbps. The switch was specifically developed for industrial video surveillance networks. Up to four high-resolution IP cameras can be connected directly to the switch and powered via PoE plus plus. The uplink to the video center can be established via copper or through two optional SFP ports with fiber optics.
The barox PC-PITE502-GBTE offers high backplane performance for smooth video transmission at full port capacity. Jumbo frames up to 9600 bytes are supported even at 100 Mbps. The redundant power supply with 48 to 56 volts DC ensures maximum reliability. An alarm relay reports the failure of the redundant power supply.
The barox PC-PITE502-GBTE is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It operates reliably within a temperature range from minus 40 to plus 75 degrees Celsius. The compact design with dimensions of 142 by 43 by 105 millimeters allows easy mounting on DIN rails or desks. The switch is ideal for outdoor use and video surveillance systems.
