The barox RY-804GBTME is the compact industrial L2 L3 switch for DIN rail mounting. It features 8 ports 10 / 100 / 1000TX RJ45 and 4 SFP ports for 100 / 1000 MBit per second. The switch was specially developed for demanding industrial applications with high data loads such as video over IP. With a robust housing and extended temperature range, it performs reliably in harsh environments.
The barox RY-804GBTME offers high backplane performance for smooth video transmission at full port utilization. Jumbo frames up to 9600 bytes are supported even at 100 MBit per second. The MAC address limitation provides additional port security. The switch actively monitors the network and guarantees maximum availability through ring redundancy.
The barox RY-804GBTME features an integrated DMS system with graphical network overview, device search, and graphical traffic display. It is fully manageable and supports PTP according to IEEE 1588 V2 for precise time synchronization. Power supply is flexible with 12 to 50 volts DC. Redundant power supply is possible and significantly increases reliability.
