The SHT 218 from Elektrotechnik Schabus is the completely silent version of the proven pump controller: as soon as the fork sensor detects water, it switches on the connected pump (up to 1500 VA) and indicates it only visually. Once dry again, the pump continues to run for an adjustable 0–100 seconds before switching off cleanly. 2.8 m sensor cable (extendable up to 50 m), continuously adjustable run-on time via rotary dial. Ideal for living areas, bedrooms nearby, holiday homes, or anywhere you want quiet nights — and a dry basement all the same.

The technology is identical to the SHT 217 — only without sound: the fork sensor reacts instantly to even the smallest amounts of water, 1500 VA switching capacity for most submersible and wastewater pumps, adjustable run-on time protects the pump and motor. Red LED clearly indicates operation. LIYY cable is flame-retardant, oil-resistant, and temporarily waterproof. Note: for frequent operation or non-conductive liquids, use the SHT 227 with float switch instead. Made in Germany – silent, reliable, maintenance-free.
