The Akuvox AV-A08S is a state-of-the-art access control terminal. It combines door control and card reader in one device. It supports PIN codes, QR codes, RFID cards, and smartphones via NFC and Bluetooth, offering users high flexibility in login options.
The Akuvox AV-A08S allows door unlocking without a key via PIN code, QR code, RFID card reader, NFC with mobile app, or Bluetooth. Management is done flexibly through a web browser. No additional background software is required.
The Akuvox AV-A08S is weatherproof according to IP65 and vandal resistant according to IK9. It is protected against moisture, dust, and vandalism and can be used both indoors and outdoors. It features a tamper alarm, a speaker, two alarm inputs, one relay output, and a Wiegand interface.
The Akuvox AV-A08S is NDAA compliant and operates on 12 Volt DC or PoE according to IEEE 802.3af. Its compact design and robust housing made of aluminum alloy with tempered glass make it the ideal solution for modern access control.
