AKCP AQX4 – The 4-in-1 Air Quality Sensor for Healthy Rooms and Long-Lasting Servers

In modern offices, production halls, and especially data centers, air quality determines efficiency, health, and availability. Dust particles settle on heat sinks and components – cooling becomes inefficient, power consumption rises, servers overheat. VOCs and NOx, combined with incorrect humidity, promote corrosion on circuit boards and contacts. Temperature sensors only show the symptom, not the cause. The AKCP AQX4 changes that: it measures particles (PM1.0 to PM10), CO₂ up to 40,000 ppm, VOC and NOx index, temperature, relative humidity, and static air pressure – all in one compact device.

The integrated Air Quality Index (AQI) evaluates air in real time from 0% (clean) to 100% (maximally polluted), based on gas resistance (VOC/VSC). Clean air at ≥50 kΩ, critical from 5 kΩ – graphically displayable over time. Elevated values trigger alerts: “Open window!” or “Increase ventilation!”. This keeps the air clean, cooling efficient, and corrosion away. Sheath Flow technology guarantees >10 years of lifetime even under dust exposure. Precise measurements: PM ±10% or ±10 µg/m³, CO₂ ±(50 ppm + 2.5%), Temp ±0.45 °C, Humidity ±4.5% RH, Pressure 300–1100 hPa (±0.5 hPa absolute, ±0.05 hPa relative).

The AQX4 is the invisible shield for critical infrastructure. Air pollution (gas sensor)

Logic for air quality assessment

  • Clean air (0%): gas resistance ≥ 50 kΩ
  • Normal to warning (0–65%): 50 kΩ > resistance > 18 kΩ
  • Warning to critical (65–85%): 18 kΩ ≥ resistance > 5 kΩ
  • Critical to maximum (85–100%): 5 kΩ ≥ resistance > 1.5 kΩ
  • Maximum pollution (100%): gas resistance ≤ 1.5 kΩ
