The COMET H3021P is a professional compressed air humidity controller / hygrostat with an external hard-anodized duralumin probe (1‑meter cable, optional 2 or 4 m) for temperature, relative humidity, and dew point – specially designed for compressors, compressed air pipelines, pneumatic systems, adsorption dryers, refrigeration dryers, or process air up to 25 bar. With two powerful relay outputs, it enables direct control of dryers, valves, alarms, or compressor systems – ideal for energy‑efficient, low‑maintenance compressed air management in industrial, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, or workshop environments.

The high‑precision capacitive polymer sensor provides excellent long‑term stability and accuracy: temperature up to +105 °C (±0.4 °C), humidity 0–100 %RH (±2.5 %RH from 5–95 % at 23 °C). The dew point is calculated with high precision (±1.5 °C at +10 °C and higher). All humidity parameters (absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, specific enthalpy) are directly available. The probe is designed for air velocities up to 25 m/s (at 1 bar) or 1 m/s (at 25 bar) and resistant to condensate and oil mist.

The two relay outputs (max. 50 V / 2 A / 60 VA) can be freely programmed according to humidity, temperature, or dew point thresholds – ideal for directly controlling dryers, valves, alarms, or compressors. The large dual‑line LCD displays all measured values and relay status.

The robust housing and operating temperature range from –30 to +80 °C make the H3021P a reliable companion for demanding industrial environments. The cable probe allows optimal placement in pipelines. No external power supply is required – PoE optional.
