The COMET H3431 is a powerful temperature and humidity controller with a remote sensing probe on a 1-meter cable – ideal for all applications where the electronics must remain outside the measurement zone or where extreme environmental conditions prevail. The high-quality combined probe measures accurately up to +105 °C and 100 % relative humidity, enabling reliable operation in drying chambers, climate cabinets, ripening rooms, greenhouses, or harsh industrial environments.

Two potential-free relay outputs (2 A / 50 V) directly control heaters, coolers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, or fans. Thanks to the integrated dew point calculation, control can also be based directly on dew point, making it ideal for preventing condensation in cooling storage rooms or optimizing processes in food and pharmaceutical production. If a value exceeds a preset limit, a loud acoustic alarm sounds – ensuring maximum safety.

The RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol (factory setting) makes the H3431 a perfect component for modern building automation and Industry 4.0 systems. Three binary inputs allow the connection of door/window contacts, external switches, or safety circuits. Configuration takes just minutes using COMET’s free TSensor software – including calibration and protocol switching (ARION, Advantech ADAM).
