The COMET SN104 (Pt1000TG8/0) is a universal, extremely robust, and fully waterproof temperature probe designed for professional use in liquids, gases, and demanding environments. With its high-quality stainless steel housing (DIN 1.4301) and shielded silicone cable, it withstands continuous temperatures from −80 to +200 °C while maintaining full IP67 protection.

The slim immersion probe, with just 5.7 mm diameter and 40 mm immersion depth, can easily be installed in pipelines, tanks, containers, ducts, or machinery. The flexible, high-temperature-resistant silicone cable (1 meter standard length) is additionally shielded to ensure interference-free measurements, even in environments with significant electromagnetic noise.

Equipped with a Pt1000 Class A sensing element (3850 ppm/°C), the SN104 provides precision and long-term stability – perfectly suited for connection to any COMET transmitter (e.g., T4411, T3411, T6411, etc.), data logger, or PLC system with a Pt1000 input. Installation & notes:

The probe can be immersed directly, mounted in a welded sleeve, or fixed with a clamp. The cable is highly flexible, but for continuous use below −50 °C it should be laid statically to reach the full −80 °C rating. The open cable ends allow connection via terminals, connectors, or directly to a transmitter.
