The COMET 2061-200/0 (S 2061/200 Pt1000/3850) is a high-performance high-temperature insertion probe with 200 mm length for all applications requiring deep measurement in soft solids, bulk materials, pasty media, or liquids, at temperatures from –50 to +200 °C.

The 200 mm long, pointed stainless steel lance penetrates effortlessly into grain and flour silos, meat blocks, dough tubs, compost heaps, soil, granules, or chemical bulk materials, providing the exact core temperature within seconds. Thanks to the high-quality Pt1000 sensor element of Class A, the measurement is extremely precise and long-term stable—ideal for HACCP inspections, process monitoring, and quality assurance.

The shielded silicone cable is highly flexible, resistant to heat and cold, and ensures interference-free signals even under electromagnetic influence. The probe is supplied without a connector. It can be connected directly to COMET transmitters (e.g., T4411, H3531, P8510), data loggers, or any PLC equipped with a Pt1000 input.

The food-safe stainless steel lance is easy to clean and perfectly suited for daily continuous use in bakeries, butcheries, silo operations, and industrial facilities.
