The COMET SN252 (Pt1000TG3/0) is an ultra-thin, high-speed temperature probe with a diameter of only 3 mm – ideal wherever extremely fast and precise measurements are required with minimal disturbance to the measured medium. Thanks to its stainless-steel housing (DIN 1.4301) with a diameter of just 3 mm and high-quality Teflon cable, it reacts lightning fast: t0.5 ≤ 3 seconds, t0.9 ≤ 9 seconds – few probes are faster!
The measuring range from –50 to +200 °C combined with full IP67 sealing makes it perfect for narrow gaps, thin tubes, medical devices, laboratory applications, food processing, climate chambers, 3D printer heat beds, electronics testing, and wherever a standard 6 mm probe would be too large or too slow.
The shielded white Teflon cable is highly flexible, extremely chemical resistant, and withstands continuous exposure to +200 °C – ideal even in aggressive or sterile environments. The probe is supplied without a connector and can be directly connected to all COMET transmitters with Pt1000 input (T4411, T3419, P8510 etc.), data loggers, or any PLC.
