The COMET SN270M is the professional Pt1000 exhaust and flue gas temperature probe with MiniDin plug – specifically developed for precise measurement of flue and exhaust gas temperatures in chimney stoves, wood gasifier boilers, pellet boilers, oil and gas burners, as well as industrial exhaust systems. With a measurement range of -50 to +400 °C (short-term up to +450 °C at the measuring tip) and high accuracy Class A, it delivers exact values even at high temperatures and aggressive gases – ideal for chimney sweeps, heating technicians, energy consultants, and plant operators.
The measuring tip made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel DIN 1.4301 (diameter 6 ± 0.1 mm, length 90/130 mm) with spacer ring (diameter 8 mm) is designed for direct installation into exhaust pipes. The shielded Teflon cable (2 × 0.22 mm², 1 meter) is temperature-resistant up to +260 °C and chemically resistant to flue gases, condensate, and acids. The MiniDin plug enables secure, quick connection to COMET measuring devices, data loggers, or transmitters. IP64 protection guards against dust and splash water – even during intensive use in humid or dusty environments.

Installation and Use – safe and simple
Install probe via threaded hole or measuring nozzle into exhaust pipe (spacer ring fixes position), plug MiniDin connector into COMET device – done. The Teflon cable is heat-resistant up to +260 °C, IP64 protection allows humid exhaust environments. Check maximum temperature before commissioning.
