The COMET SN270 (Pt1000TR050M/0) is a high‑temperature exhaust and flue gas probe specially designed for extreme heat conditions in fireplaces, wood‑burning stoves, pellet heaters, wood gasification boilers, industrial burners, and all types of combustion systems. It continuously measures up to +400 °C and can withstand short‑term exposure up to +450 °C – precisely in environments where standard probes fail.
The 6 mm stainless steel rod (DIN 1.4301) with spacer ring (Ø 8 mm) ensures the correct installation depth in the exhaust line. The high‑quality shielded Teflon cable remains fully functional up to +260 °C and provides reliable measurement over many years, even in hot, sooty, and corrosive conditions.
