The COMET T2414 is a professional, high-precision barometric air pressure transmitter for all applications requiring accurate and long-term stable measurement of atmospheric pressure. Whether used in meteorological stations, altitude measurements, laboratories, clean rooms, data centers, or building automation, this transmitter consistently delivers reliable readings in the range of 600 to 1100 hPa with an accuracy of ±1.3 hPa at 23 °C.

Thanks to its galvanically isolated RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol (factory default), the T2414 integrates seamlessly into any modern control and monitoring system. Up to 256 devices can operate on a single bus, making it ideal for large measurement networks. Alternatively, the Advantech-ADAM and ARION protocols are also available. Data transmission remains completely interference-free even over long distances of up to 1200 m.

A particular highlight is the freely adjustable altitude compensation: regardless of the installation height above sea level, the T2414 automatically compensates and can display either the real station pressure or the sea-level adjusted pressure. The T2414 is mounted on the wall using just two screws – that’s it. The cable gland is already integrated, and the self-clamping terminals make wiring simple.
