The COMET T3111P is a high‑precision 4–20mA transmitter designed specifically for compressed air applications up to 25 bar, featuring an external hard‑anodized duralumin probe (1‑meter cable, optional 2 or 4 m) for temperature, relative humidity, and dew point. As a true compressed‑air T+RH sensor with an analog, galvanically isolated 4–20mA output, it is the ideal solution for compressors, pneumatic systems, adsorption dryers, refrigeration dryers, process air, or quality control in industrial, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, or workshop environments – perfect for connection to PLCs, controllers, recorders, or BMS systems.
The high‑precision capacitive polymer sensor ensures excellent long‑term stability and accuracy: temperature up to +105 °C (±0.4 °C), humidity 0–100 %RH (±2.5 %RH from 5–95 % at 23 °C). The dew point is calculated with high accuracy (±1.5 °C at +10 °C and higher). All humidity parameters – absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, and specific enthalpy – are directly available. The probe is suitable for airflows up to 25 m/s (at 1 bar) or 1 m/s (at 25 bar) and is resistant to condensate and oil mist.
The galvanically isolated 4–20mA output is freely scalable – you can define via PC the measuring range and variable (T, RH, Tdp etc.) to be output. The large dual‑line LCD displays all values clearly. With its robust housing and operating temperature range of –30 to +80 °C, the T3111P is a reliable partner for demanding industrial environments. The 1‑meter cable probe allows optimal placement within pipelines. Power supply 9–30 V DC – simple and flexible.
