The COMET T3413D is a professional duct transmitter designed for reliable measurement of temperature and relative humidity directly in the airflow of ventilation and air-conditioning systems. With its 150 mm stainless steel probe and fully IP65-protected housing, it is specifically built for continuous operation in HVAC systems, supply and exhaust ducts, production halls, greenhouses, and everywhere precise climate data from the duct are required.

The T3413D functions flawlessly even at high temperatures up to +125 °C – perfect for warm-air ducts, drying systems, or exhaust air from production processes. At the same time, it provides all important derived humidity parameters such as dew point, absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, and specific enthalpy directly via the bus interface – without additional computing load.

The galvanically isolated RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol (factory default) allows seamless integration into any building automation, PLC, or SCADA system. Up to 256 devices can operate on one bus. The large dual-line display (switchable) shows temperature, humidity, or dew point as required.

Installation – quick and secure

Drill a hole Ø 25 mm in the duct, insert the probe, fix it with flange or clamp, connect the cable – done. The electronics remain protected outside the duct.
