The COMET T7410 is a powerful all-in-one transmitter designed for professional environmental monitoring: it simultaneously and accurately measures the three most important climate parameters – temperature, relative humidity, and barometric air pressure. It is the first choice for demanding applications in building automation, data centers, museums, laboratories, production halls, meteorological stations, and anywhere precise and long-term stable measurements of temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure are needed.
Thanks to the galvanically isolated RS485 interface with factory-set Modbus RTU protocol, the T7410 can be easily integrated into nearly any control system, PLC, or SCADA environment. Up to 256 devices can operate on a single bus, making it perfect for large monitoring networks. Alternative protocols like Advantech-ADAM, ARION, and HWg-Poseidon are also available. Data transmission is absolutely interference-free over long distances up to 1200 m.
A large, high-contrast dual-line LCD displays temperature, humidity, pressure, or derived values like dew point and can be completely disabled during continuous operation to save energy. Full configuration including altitude correction of the pressure measurement and calibration is easily done via the free COMET TSensor software – or as needed via Hyperterminal.

Installation and commissioning – done in minutes
Two mounting holes, orient sensor downwards, feed cable through the gland, connect terminals – done. The spring-loaded terminals make wiring easy. Thanks to galvanic isolation and high interference immunity of the RS485 line, the T7410 works flawlessly even in electrically noisy environments.
