The Comet TA7610 is the universal compact Ethernet sensor that measures temperature, relative humidity and barometric pressure in one device. Thanks to the integrated pressure sensor, it is particularly suitable for applications where changes in barometric pressure need to be monitored. The clear backlit LCD display, multi-level alarm signaling and PoE support make the TA7610 the ideal solution for professional environmental monitoring. This all-in-one device is designed for demanding applications where all air parameters must be monitored, such as in laboratories, clean rooms, or other technical and climatic environments.

The Comet TA7610 offers high accuracy of plus minus 0.4 degrees Celsius and long-term stability. The device is equipped with a backlit LCD display, acoustic and LED alarm signaling. Power is supplied by 5 to 24 volts or PoE. It features an integrated backup memory and a modern web interface with IPv4 and IPv6 support, Modbus TCP, COMET Cloud as well as fully encrypted communication via HTTPS, SNMPv3 and TLS. An integrated removable holder facilitates installation.

The Comet TA7610 belongs to the TAx6xx series, the new generation of Web Sensor 2.0 premium sensors. It combines precise measurement, modern network communication, and local monitoring via LCD display, LED signaling and acoustic alarm. The device is ideally suited for server rooms and data centers, laboratories and healthcare facilities, industrial plants, offices, schools, public buildings and clean rooms. Local monitoring without a PC is possible via the backlit segmented LCD display with four brightness levels, display of values, alarms and IP address, three-color LED signaling (green, yellow, red), and acoustic alarm with local and remote mute options.

The Comet TA7610 enables advanced next-generation alarms with two adjustable alarms per channel without directional restriction, system alarms for measurement errors, time or configuration faults, and signaling via LED, acoustic, e-mail with TLS STARTTLS, or Syslog. It calculates derived values such as dew point, absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, enthalpy, humidex and heat index as well as inter-channel calculations such as temperature difference or CO2 difference. Maximum connectivity and security include HTTP HTTPS with custom certificate upload, SNMP v1 v2c v3 with SHA AES128, Modbus TCP including alarm muting and limit change, IPv4 plus IPv6, COMET Cloud COMET Database, TLS communication, four user accounts with three permission levels, and firmware updates via web. Power supply is uncompromising with 5 to 24 volts DC or PoE IEEE 802.3af, RTC with battery backup, and backup memory with more than 2600 records. The new platform introduces a new compact design, removable holder for easy installation, unified firmware, improved cybersecurity, RTC with battery, and an advanced alarm system.
