The COMET W3711 is a flexible WiFi sensor for temperature and relative humidity with an external Digi/E probe – the ideal solution for precise, wireless climate measurement in hard-to-reach or extreme locations. The external probe (available separately) can be placed flexibly (e.g. in cold storage rooms, drying facilities, greenhouses, or under ceilings), while the main unit remains protected and easily accessible.

Simply place it, connect to WiFi – and the W3711 automatically sends the measured values to the COMET Cloud (starting at 5-minute intervals) or to your own system. The maintenance-free sensor provides high-precision measurement and calculates dew point, absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, and specific enthalpy. When threshold values are exceeded, the sensor alerts via email, acoustic signal, or visually through the LCD display – with two freely configurable alarm limits.

The measured values can be displayed on integrated web pages or forwarded to third-party systems via Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON or XML.
