Remote Monitoring of AC mains voltage

Didactum®, manufacturer of Ethernet enabled remote measurement and monitoring systems, is continuously expanding the range of SNMP compatible sensors for energy measurement & power monitoring. Recently, the sensor AC mains voltage for DIN top-hat rail was completed. his AC mains voltage sensor provides the user with energy measurement and monitoring functions around the power supply of mission-critical infrastructure.

The sensor is easily mounted on a DIN top-hat rail.

With the included RJ11 patch cable, this AC mains voltage sensor is connected to a stand-alone remote site monitoring system. In the multilingual web interface, the user can then configure the AC main sensor according to his individual requirements. In the event of fluctuations or failure of the mains voltage in important rooms and systems, each remote site monitoring system can immediately inform the responsible employees by e-mail and / or SMS (via LTE / GSM modem).

Thanks to the full SNMP compatibility of the remote site monitoring system, a full integration in Network- Management-System (NMS) is also supported. If, for example, business critical IT systems run on battery power from the UPS, the remote site monitoring system sends SNMP traps to the network or building monitoring software.

This intelligent sensor is equipped with an SNMP OID, so that a direct query of the AC mains voltage via LAN / WAN is supported. Ideal for customers who need to monitor remote sites as part of distributed monitoring.
