The COMET P6191 is a precise Pt100 temperature transmitter with 4–20 mA output – the ideal solution for reliable temperature measurement with external Pt100 probes in the range of –50 to +50 °C. As a proven industrial transmitter with a galvanically isolated current output, it is perfectly suited for indoor and outdoor use in warehouses, cold rooms, HVAC systems, heat pumps, solar systems, technical centers, or process monitoring – wherever Pt100 sensors are already used or planned.

The transmitter linearly converts the Pt100 signal to 4–20 mA for the measuring range –50 to +50 °C with an accuracy of ±0.3 °C (up to +100 °C, above ±0.4 °C). The resolution is 0.1 °C. The output is freely scalable – you can define the desired measuring range and output value via PC (e.g. 4 mA = –50 °C, 20 mA = +50 °C). The weatherproof IP65 enclosure protects against dust and water jets – ideal for outdoor or humid indoor areas (ambient temperature –30 to +80 °C). No external probe included – the P6191 connects directly to your Pt100 probe (2-, 3-, or 4-wire).

Galvanic isolation protects against ground loops and interference. The transmitter offers long-term stability and is available with a traceable calibration certificate (according to EN ISO/IEC 17025) – top quality for critical applications. Power supply 9–30 V DC (typical 24 V) – easy connection via existing HVAC supply or central power supply.
