The COMET SN263E is an explosion-proof Pt1000 temperature probe (II3G Ex ec IIC T3 Gc / II3D Ex tc IIIC T60…230 °C Dc) designed for safe use in ATEX Zone 2 and Zone 22 – certified according to FTZU07 ATEX 142X. It measures temperature precisely and reliably in potentially explosive areas of the chemical, gas, oil, pharmaceutical, food, or process industries, where aggressive media, gases, or dust may occur.

Made of high-quality stainless steel DIN 1.4571 (Ø 5.7 mm, length 60 mm), the probe is highly resistant to chemicals and designed for continuous operation up to +180 °C (short-term surface temperature up to +230 °C allowed). The Class A Pt1000 element (±(0.15 + 0.002 × t) °C) ensures top accuracy. Its 2-wire silicone cable (2 meters, shielded) is both temperature and chemical resistant. The ELKA connector allows safe and quick connection to COMET measuring instruments, transmitters, or data loggers. IP67 protection ensures reliable resistance to dust and water jets – even during intensive cleaning.

Installation & use – safe & simple
