The COMET T3511P is the smart WebSensor for compressed air with Ethernet interface – the professional solution for continuous remote monitoring of temperature, relative humidity and dew point in compressed air systems up to 25 bar. Equipped with a hard-anodized duraluminum probe (1 meter cable, optionally longer) and direct connection to COMET Cloud, it is ideal for compressors, adsorption dryers, refrigeration dryers, pneumatic systems, process air or quality control in industrial, automotive, food, pharmaceutical or workshop applications – anywhere humidity and dew point in compressed air are critical and remote access, alarms & data logging are required.
The high-precision probe measures temperature from −30 to +105 °C (±0.4 °C) and humidity from 0 to 100 %RH (±2.5 %RH from 5–95 % at 23 °C). The dew point is calculated with high accuracy (±1.5 °C at +10 °C and above). All humidity values (absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, specific enthalpy) are available directly. The probe is designed for airflow up to 25 m/s (at 1 bar) or 1 m/s (at 25 bar) and is resistant to condensate and oil mist. The Ethernet interface allows direct network connection – with COMET Cloud (3 months free, then 1 Credit/year) for charts, exports, alarms via email/SMS and remote access through web browser or app.
The robust IP65 enclosure protects against dust and water jets – ideal for industrial environments (−30 to +80 °C). The integrated webserver enables configuration, live view and data export without additional software. Alternatively, Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON or XML protocols are available for integration into your own BMS/SCADA/IoT solution. No cloud dependency – can also be used locally. The probe is replaceable, long-term stable, and available with a traceable calibration certificate (EN ISO/IEC 17025) – ensuring the highest quality for critical applications.
