The COMET T4111 is a high-performance Pt1000 temperature transmitter with a 4–20mA output – the ideal solution for precise high-temperature measurement using external Pt1000 probes in the extreme range from -200 to +600 °C. As a robust industrial transmitter with galvanically isolated current output, it is perfectly suited for demanding applications: industrial furnaces, dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, boilers, burners, sterilizers, ovens, chemical processes, metal processing, food industry high-temperature environments – or anywhere Pt1000 sensors are used for very high or low temperatures and a noise-immune 4–20mA signal is required.

The transmitter converts the Pt1000 signal linearly into 4–20 mA for the full measurement range of -200 to +600 °C, with very high accuracy of ±0.15 °C plus 0.1 % of the configured output span (without probe). The resolution is 0.1 °C. The output is completely freely scalable – using a PC, you can define the desired range and output values (e.g. 4 mA = -100 °C, 20 mA = +500 °C). Units can be selected between °C and °F. The weatherproof IP65 enclosure protects against dust and water jets – ideal for harsh industrial environments (-30 to +80 °C ambient temperature). No external probe is included – the T4111 connects directly to your Pt1000 probe (2-, 3-, or 4-wire).

Wide supply voltage 9–30 V DC – compatible with most HVAC, industrial, and automation systems. The galvanic isolation protects against ground loops and interference – particularly important in electromagnetically disturbed environments. The transmitter is long-term stable and available with a traceable calibration certificate (in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025) – top quality for critical high-temperature applications.
