The COMET W0711 is the smart WiFi temperature sensor designed for an external Pt1000 probe – the perfect solution for precise, wireless temperature monitoring in demanding applications. With its extended measuring range of –90 to +260 °C, the W0711 is ideal for cryogenics, deep-freezing, high-temperature processes, drying systems, furnace monitoring, or any situation where extreme temperatures need to be combined with WiFi connectivity.
The sensor uses an existing WiFi infrastructure: simply place it, connect to the network – and the W0711 automatically transmits measurement values to the COMET Cloud (from 5-minute intervals) or to your own system. The external Pt1000 probe (Cinch connector) can be placed flexibly while the housing remains protected.
When thresholds are exceeded, the sensor alerts you via e-mail, acoustic signal, or visually through the LCD display. Measurements can be viewed on integrated web pages or forwarded to third-party systems via Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON, or XML.

Summary:
