The COMET W0741 is a powerful WiFi temperature sensor for up to four external Pt1000 probes – the ideal solution for precise, wireless multi‑channel temperature monitoring in demanding applications. With its extended measuring range of –90 to +260 °C, the W0741 is perfectly suited for cryogenics, deep‑freezing, high‑temperature processes, drying systems, furnace monitoring, or any application where multiple temperature points need to be monitored simultaneously via WiFi.
The sensor uses an existing WiFi infrastructure: simply place it, connect it to the network – and the W0741 automatically transmits the readings from all four channels to the COMET Cloud (from 5‑minute intervals) or to your own system. The external Pt1000 probes (Cinch connectors) can be positioned flexibly while the main unit remains protected.
If one or more channels exceed the set limits, the sensor sends alerts via e‑mail, acoustic signal, or visually through the LCD display. Measurements can be viewed via integrated web pages or forwarded to third‑party systems using Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON, or XML.
