COMET W3910 – Battery-powered LoRaWAN sensor for temperature –30 to +60 °C, humidity 0–100 %RH, dew point 

The COMET W3910 is a compact, battery-powered LoRaWAN sensor with integrated temperature and relative humidity sensors – the perfect IoT solution for wireless, energy-efficient remote monitoring of indoor climate conditions in warehouses, cold storage rooms, server rooms, offices, technical centers, greenhouses, museums, or production halls. With IP65 protection and up to 10 years of battery life (depending on interval), it is ideal for long-term applications in harsh environments – without power cables or network wiring.

The internal temperature sensor measures from –30 to +60 °C (±0.4 °C), humidity from 0 to 100 %RH (±1.8 %RH in the range 0–90 % at 23 °C), and the dew point is automatically calculated. All values are transmitted wirelessly via LoRaWAN (Europe 863–870 MHz) at adjustable intervals (5 min to 24 h) to the COMET Cloud, where graphs, exports, alarms, and remote configuration via app or browser are available. Two configurable alarm limits per parameter with push notifications provide protection against critical conditions (e.g., excessive humidity in server rooms or low temperature in cold chains).

The IP65 enclosure protects against dust and water jets – ideal for indoor and outdoor use. The integrated (replaceable) battery lasts between 3–10 years depending on the transmission interval. No wiring required – simple to mount and commission. The COMET Cloud is included for free for 1 year (afterwards 1 Credit/year) including data storage and alarm functions. An optional preconfigured LoRaWAN gateway is available – ready to use for immediate cloud connection.
