The COMET P8552 is a versatile Ethernet WebSensor (P-Line) with two channels for external temperature and humidity probes and three binary inputs – the perfect solution for comprehensive monitoring in server rooms, technical rooms, warehouses, production facilities, clean rooms, or anywhere temperature, humidity, and additional conditions (doors, motion, switches, flooding, etc.) need to be monitored simultaneously.

The two external probes (DSxx series, sold separately) measure temperature up to +105 °C and humidity 0–100 %RH at different locations, such as two temperature points or one combined T+RH probe. The three binary inputs (voltage 0–30 V or potential-free) allow connection of door contacts, motion detectors, water leak sensors, switches, or other binary devices. All measured values are digitally processed and transmitted in real time via Ethernet.

The integrated web interface and COMET Cloud (3 months free, then 1 credit per year) provide graphs, exports, alarms, and remote access via app or browser. Alternatively, Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON, or XML can be used for integration into your own SCADA/BMS/IoT system.
