Functions:
1. 19-inch mounts – x2 pieces for mounting in a 1U 19" rack slot.
2. Sticker area – Area for a sticker, can be used by the user to attach a system identifier (e.g., an IP address).
3. Analog sensors: A1..A8 – 8 RJ12 inputs for analog sensors with automatic detection.
4. LAN port – Ethernet 10/100 Base-T port for an Ethernet connection.
Orange LED – orange LED for the Ethernet port. Indicates network traffic.
Green LED – green LED for the Ethernet port. Indicates network traffic.
Blinks green during system startup. Indicates connection status (constant green – connection exists, blinking – connecting).
5. Modem slot – An LTE slot modem can be inserted in this slot.
This modem must be ordered separately.
6. CAN 1 / CAN 0 – x2 RJ12 ports for connecting CAN sensors/extensions/devices to the CAN bus.
The connected modules can be cascaded.
LED: CAN – green LED shows the status of the CAN bus.
Slow blinking – nothing connected
Fast blinking – configuration in progress
Constant light – connection to CAN devices established
7. USB – Micro-USB port for USB camera recorder, USB stick for system logs, and system recovery.
8. Restart – The button restarts the device. Hold the button for 2 seconds and release, the system will restart.
9.1 Activity – green LED shows the device system status:
Device operating mode: Blink rate 2x per second
Successful software update: Blink rate 4x per second
9.2 Error – red LED indicates errors and network traffic.
Operating mode: If everything is normal, the LED is off; otherwise, it is constantly on.
Software update: Blink rate 2x per second
9.3 Alarm – The LED can be programmed via the user interface for alarm display.
10. TEMPERATURE SENSOR – Accuracy +/- 1 °C.
11.1 E1, E2 – LED status indicators for 12V 0.25A relay outputs.
11.2 R1, R2 – LED status indicators for x2 NC/NO/COM relays.
12. DRY CONTACT INPUTS 1...32 – Inputs for potential-free contacts (Type IN).
13. ISOLATED DRY CONTACT OUTPUTS 1...8 – Output for potential-free contacts 24VDC / 15mA (Type OUT).
14. Battery expansion slot – Slot for rechargeable backup battery or 9V backup battery.
Only one expansion can be installed. Each expansion must be ordered separately.
15. RESERVE – Reserve power connection. 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, fuse 2A, fuse 5x20mm, type C14.
16. MAIN – Power connection. 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, fuse 2A, fuse 5x20mm, type C14.
17. Relay 1, Relay 2 – NC/NO/COM power relay connections.
LED ON (orange) – relay is active (initial state configurable).
LED OFF (orange) – output is deactivated (initial state configurable).
18. OUTPUTS 12V 0.25A – 12V 0.25A (per output) electronic relay outputs. LED indicators are located on the front panel.

19. Factory reset – Resets settings to factory defaults.
Press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds. The "Error" LED begins to blink – this indicates the factory reset has started. Wait 20–60 seconds for the system to restart.
The "Activity" LED blinks when the restart is complete. The device is now accessible.
20. N - R – DIP switch for various system modes.
Normal operation: switch to the left ←. This position is standard.
Recovery: switch to the right →. Loads a clean system image from the SD card. See "Device Recovery" manual.
21. SD card – MicroSD card slot with eject mechanism. The card is required for data storage or for "system recovery".
22. Expansion slot – Only one of the two expansions can be installed: Modbus RTU extension or OSDP v2 reader extension. Must be ordered separately.
23. DC 12V EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY – Third emergency power supply option. The circuit board has three power supply lines.
24. Chassis grounding – Chassis grounding, M4 thread.
Increases immunity against conducted and radiated RF interference. Please contact an electrician before connecting.
25. RESERVE INPUT 24-48V – Reserve power connection. 24-48V DC, 5.08mm 2EDGK connector, 18-72VDC to 12VDC/0.84A.
26. MAIN INPUT 24-48V DC – Optional order possibility for certain devices.
