Browser Connections & Login Issues
Currently, only Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are officially supported. Using other unsupported browsers may cause the web interface to not display correctly.
Important note on HTTPS connections:
Since 2020, almost all current browsers – including Chrome and Firefox – have gradually implemented stricter security policies for HTTPS. These changes affect the connection to the web interface of all devices as well as to the user interface of the AKCPro Server.
You have two options to avoid connection issues:
Use HTTP instead of HTTPS.
Install or upload your own valid and trusted HTTPS certificate and add it manually to your browser’s certificate list if necessary.
