Temp-1Wire IP67 – Robust temperature sensor for demanding environments
The Temp-1Wire IP67 is a specially developed temperature sensor that stands out for its high robustness and reliability. Thanks to its weatherproof stainless steel housing and IP67 protection class, this sensor is perfectly suited for use in environments where it is exposed to heavy loads such as dust, moisture, and occasional submersion. Whether in industrial plants, IT server rooms, outdoor areas, or warehouses – the Temp-1Wire IP67 always provides precise temperature values that are essential for the safe monitoring and control of systems.
The stainless steel housing not only protects the sensitive temperature probe from mechanical influences, but also ensures a long service life of the sensor even under difficult conditions. The IP67 protection rating means the sensor is completely dustproof and also protected against temporary submersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter.
This makes the Temp-1Wire IP67 ideally equipped for outdoor applications or in humid environments that would be problematic for conventional sensors.
Another advantage of the Temp-1Wire IP67 is its flexibility in application. It reliably measures temperatures in the range of -10 °C to +80 °C with high accuracy, offering a wide range of uses from warehouse monitoring to cold storage rooms and sensitive technical installations. The connection to the measuring or monitoring device is made via a standardized RJ11 plug based on the proven 1-Wire bus.
This guarantees easy integration into existing HW group systems, including devices from the Poseidon, Ares, and STE series.
The cable lengths of the Temp-1Wire IP67 are flexibly selectable and range from 1, 3 up to 10 meters, so that even greater distances between sensor and monitoring device can be easily bridged. The possibility of daisy-chaining several sensors significantly expands the range of applications. This allows you to manage multiple measuring points with just one connection, reducing cabling effort and costs.
This sensor is not only interesting for professional industrial applications, but also for private individuals and companies that require reliable temperature monitoring. Especially in server rooms or technical areas, precise temperature control is crucial to avoid failures due to overheating. But also for monitoring stock, cold rooms, or in production processes, the Temp-1Wire IP67 provides exact measurements and thus supports compliance with important quality standards.
Installation is very flexible thanks to the robust and compact design. The sensor can be mounted on walls, ceilings, or other surfaces and, thanks to its weatherproof housing, does not require any additional protective device. In addition, it is easy to install thanks to the supplied cables and RJ11 connectors and can be put into operation quickly.

Sensor wiring and installation:
- Two sensors, two ports: Each sensor has a separate RJ11 connector, but is recognized by the system as three sensor values. When disconnecting a sensor, the system displays a value of -999.9 after about 15 seconds, making identification easier.
- Daisy-chain connection (max. 60m): Sensors can be daisy-chained via two RJ11 ports, e.g. with the models HTemp-1Wire-Box2 and Temp-1Wire Rack 19.
- Maximum cable length: In total, no more than 60 meters of cable length per active connection should be used.
- Sensor change: After automatic detection, sensors must not be plugged into other ports without reconfiguration.
